Prof . Anna Tibaijuka was the Guest of Honor at a Reception on board of INS Jamuna, the Indian Naval Ship that visited Dar es Salaam Port
On 23rd January, 2014 Prof . Tibaijuka Minister for Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development was the Guest of Honor at a Reception on board of INS Jamuna, the Indian Naval Ship that visited Dar es Salaam Port from 28th December 2013 to January 25th 2014 for undertaking Joint Hydrographic Survey with the Tanzania Navy as well as conduct of local flying operations in the designated survey area. The last time such survey was conducted is by the German colonial government in 1879., also 150 years ago The High Commissioner of India and the Commanding Officer, Indian Naval Ship Jamuna Capt. A.K. Jolly. Looking on is Major General and Brigadiear General Laiser of Tanzania People’s Defense Force.
