Hon. Prof. Anna Tibaijuka; Minister for Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development together with IESCO delegation (International Ecological Safety Collaborative Organization) chaired by Dr. Jiang Mingjun; President of the Committee.

This IESCO Team visited Tanzania from 16th – 21st August, 2013 with a mission on Kigamboni New City Development, Ecological Agriculture Projects, and Establishment of International Ecological Safety Collaborative Organization African Secretariat.
