On Friday, September 26, 2014  Minister Anna Tibaijuka hands over a cheque of 100 million shillings to TAFSUS members of Mvuleni Manzese ,in Dar es salaam City  as  house improvement loan. TAFSUS  is one of the organizations that was founded by Prof. Tibaijuka during her tenure as the director of   UNHABITAT. The  TAFSUS provides cheap loans to the low income people to help them improve their houses. (All photo by Solomon Kamanzi)
