Hon Prof Anna Tibaijuka(MP) refuted the claims presented against her by Ethics Secretariat relating to violation of ethics code of conducts.

On 26/02/2015 Hon Prof Anna Tibaijuka(MP) refuted the claims presented against her by Ethics Secretariat relating to violation of ethics code of conducts.

Led by her advocate, Dr Rugemeleza Nshala, the Muleba South member of parliament Hon. Prof Anna Tibaijuka refuted the claims by the Ethics Secretariat that she violated ethics code of conducts after receiving a school donation from a local businessman Mr. James Rugemalira for development of a Girls secondary school. Prof Tibaijuka has asked the Public Leadership Ethics Council to observe justice and stick to the truth when determining the claims presented.
