Hon. Prof. Anna Tibaijuka, Minister for Lands, who is also Member of Parliament for Muleba South is contensting for the Muleba District seat in the National Executive Committee of Tanzania’s ruling Party, CCM. In these photos she is seen receiving the election  forms from District Party Secretary Wilbroad Msafiri at his office on the 23rd August, 2012  Muleba. Hon. Tibaijukwa was accompany by a crowd of supporters notably the women from Biirabo Ward who had collected money to support her election campaign in 2010. She emerged as the unopposed winner. Her message for CCM is that “Strengthening the Party will require an all hands on deck approach, because of the changing political environment. I cannot sit aside and watch, but must do my best to serve the interest of my party
